Some of my key accomplishments are: • Assisted to define desktop collaboration capability of HSBC as well as migrated Email from IBM Notes to MS Outlook for 270K individuals across locations in 64 countries • Supported Barclays Corporate by completing customer-servicing business change programme on time and as per contractual obligations to deliver £10M new business • Acted as a business project manager to assist IBM in order to resolve outstanding contractual issues of key £20M/18-month IP Telephony contract for Lloyds TSB • Led the infrastructure component on the global programme and the world’s largest IBM Notes to MS Outlook migration programme on the EMEA regulated countries 270K mail accounts across 64 countries • Contributed to the launching of global internet connection initiative across the US and co-ordinated with Australian colleagues to develop a workable, thought-through solution, resulting in preventing project failure • Migrated UK data centre to Germany in line with nine-month schedule and budgetary constraints • Controlled budgets, financials, resourcing, and vendor contracts on annual basis for up to 30 projects • Developed global architecture and engineering group to planned global infrastructure standards • Designed, introduced, updated, and maintained annual Windows desktop across worldwide
