I’m passionate about working with people…I’ve found that no matter what type of project you’re working on, whether technical or business focussed; simple or complex; large or small, the key is generating energy and bringing the people involved along by creating a sense of excitement and ownership for the project so that together you can achieve the shared goal of getting the project delivered.When I’m not at work I’m usually spending time with friends and family enjoying some quality time eating out, visiting the theatre, the cinema or best of all travelling. Travelling is another passion of mine and I try to go somewhere new every few months, usually long haul once a year and lots of short breaks in between, I love the opportunity of taking in new sights, experiencing other cultures and foods and meeting new people.I’m always up for a challenge anything from pioneering new solutions to taking on projects that might have stalled previously. At the end of the day it’s always about the people you get to share the journey with.
