   Infrastructure Resilient Accelerator Fund (https://cdri.world/iraf)Programme Monitoring (Fund and Programme Level)Develop a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) policy with clear principles and processes.Facilitate knowledge sharing among implementing organizations.Establish and maintain a results-based management system and performance dashboard for Trust Fund reporting.Prepare an annual MEL plan including lessons learned for Trust Fund Management Committee approval.Maintain and update the UNMPTFO Fund Management Platform.Provide inputs for biannual narrative reports (July, January) for FMU clearance and submission (USD 36 million Fund).Programme Evaluation (Fund and Programme Level)Coordinate external mid-term and final evaluations of the Fund to assess progress, outcomes, and impact.Track and report on the implementation of mid-term evaluation recommendations.Offer technical guidance and support on M&E to implementing organizations.Review organizational risk assessments (including HACT micro-assessments) and provide capacity building to improve programme management.Organize information and training events, and develop guidance for:Proposal submission and revision,Digital project documentation,Bi-annual financial and progress reporting,Risk and issue reporting.
