I am currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resources Management at XLRI Jamshedpur. My academic journey began with a B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering, where I honed my analytical abilities and developed a keen interest in problem-solving. This technical foundation has been instrumental in my approach to addressing complex challenges, equipping me with a logical and data-driven mindset. At 2.5 years of my journey at ZS Associates, my role as a Consultant was both challenging and rewarding. I was responsible for managing client engagements across various countries, which involved translating complex business requirements into actionable deliveries. This role demanded a blend of technical acumen and strong interpersonal skills, as I navigated client interactions and led project team to deliver high-impact solutions. My responsibilities included data analysis, process optimization, and strategic planning along with being a team lead, providing me with a holistic view of business operations and client needs. My decision to specialize in HR is fueled by a deep interest in how people and technology can be harmonized to create thriving organizational cultures. At XLRI, my coursework and practical experiences are broadening my understanding of talent management, organizational behavior, and leadership. Beyond my professional pursuits, I am passionate about continuous learning and personal development. I believe in the power of lifelong learning and actively seek opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills. In my spare time, I enjoy engaging in community service, and pursuing hobbies like singing and playing sports, which offer a creative outlet and a chance to unwind.
