Deloitte was engaged to implement and operate the Colorado Pandemic Unemployment Insurance application. Developed and lead the weekly status reporting for PUA application providing program metric performance, issues, and risk. Worked with our Fraud Advisory to stop payments of over fraud claims. Collaborated with Deloitte Studio to develop SPRINKLR reports for monitoring media voices. Successfully developed processes to managed DevOps to ensure the client and Deloitte are aligned on releases. From 4/19/2020 to 1/4/2021 the CO PUA program paid out 2.25 billion dollars, and claimants certified 4.7 Million weeks. UI Modernization of Colorado\'s Legacy Benefit application. Led the completion of ADA testing of the MyUI+ Application. Lead End-to-End testing of 122 Interfaces with interface partners. Lead the development & completion of the Operational Readiness for UI Modernization go-live across all enterprise workstream. Operated the successful cutover of project implementation, escalation, and communication of 400+ tasks during cutover. Coordinated hyper care for the first 2 weeks & lead daily leadership reporting. Managed daily project reporting since go-live, escalating risks and issues.
