Working for the UKs largest privately owned consultancy firm I gained vital experience delivering large scale digital transformation projects specifically in, governmental, retail, airline and most recently banking sector. At a large UK based airline company as the Ancillaries Cluster Lead, I lead the largest revenue opportunity stream for the client. The team consisted of multiple squads, often in different locations across the UK all collaborating to produce the next vision for the client. Our primary focus was on collaboratively developing essential components of the checkout process from the ground up, working closely with other downstream teams, my role involved establishing the solution architecture and technology stack necessary for successful project delivery.During the project a total of 357 people were working on the area of domain, collectively and collaboratively we increased revenue with upsells by 36% exceeding all business and product KPI targets.Amongst other projects at consultancy level I also worked on a large digital transformation governmental project; one of the largest endeavours executed by the UK government. The project required the involvement of multiple consulting firms coordinating efforts and ensuring the Event Driven microservice architecture is applied consistently and with high degree of accuracy and transparency.Currently having authored the winning formal proposal bid for a UK Bank involving Open API project, I am now in the process of strategically formulating a dedicated Data Engineering team with specialised capabilities necessary to address Bank\'s critical regulatory responsibilities. This endeavour involves meticulously assembling personnel with the required skillsets to conduct comprehensive analyses of transactional databases, enabling the proactive identification of potential breaches of financial regulation markers.
