Situation: Customers were turning away from Broadridge and seeking alternative suppliers for their securities finance solutions. They had become dissatisfied with Broadridge\'s inability to meet delivery commitments.I was brought in through Cprime to establish better delivery practices and create a culture of improvement.(One Agile Coach had already been sacked.)Achievements: • Improvement in customer relationships due to resolution of delivery issues. • Transformation to a Product organization. • Continuous Improvement initiative • Reduction in attrition amongst technology workers • Organisation-wide Agile metrics frameworkThings I did: • Designed & presented Agile adoption strategies to management • Stakeholder management • Leadership coaching • Product Delivery leadership • Led & co-ordinated deliveries across 21 teams • Customised a scaled Agile delivery model, emphasising quarterly planning • Working with technical leads, Product Owners, RTEs, Scrum Masters, Senior managers etc • Supported the restructure of the Product organization
