Kennedy Builders is a family owned and operated home building and renovations construction company I helped establish. As an owner/partner I am or have been involved with- forging relationships with stakeholders in the industry to generate future business- day to day finances and long-term financial planning- brand management (designing logo, letterhead, wearables, gifts)- establishing a social media presence - engaging past and potential clients as referrals are the #1 source of our revenue - authoring correspondence to the state, lenders, brokers, accountants and attorneys - preparing Articles of Incorporation, business plan and an operating agreementWhile our primary focus is building custom homes, we tackle many other needs inside and out, from major additions and renovations, finishing basements to backyard paver patios. Kennedy Builders is available for any and all build-outs, interior/exterior remodeling and design assistance.
