Experienced in international diplomacy and nonprofit sectors, driving impactful change through program management and leadership development. Committed to empowering individuals and organizations to achieve their fullest potential. More in depth: I am a Certified Happiness Trainer by the renowned Happiness Studies Academy (HSA), as well as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), one of the global leading coaching institutions which is accredited under the ICF, the International Coaching Federation. My main expertises highlight happiness and wellbeing, leadership and relationship coaching. I am also an Uppiness leader and trainer, which is an interactive and fun online game that boosts happiness and wellbeing at the work place (among businesses, public sector as well as the third and nonprofit sector). I have transitioned into happiness training and coaching following my own personal and impactful experience in this field, and after 17 years as a professional in the international diplomacy arena, and the nonprofit sector. Prior to Happiness coaching and training, I was a programme director for one of the leading global Jewish nonprofits, managing and overseeing projects on women’s health issues in East and Central Europe, building orphanages and schools in Ethiopia and Rwanda, and overseeing post disaster response programs, benefiting refugees who made their way to Europe. Born and raised in Tel Aviv, Israel, I became an American citizen in January 2017. I am a highly motivated and hardworking individual, with excellent communication and people’s skills, as well as a proven ability to manage multiple projects while meeting challenging deadlines in complex environments.
