With a master\'s degree in digital marketing and a bachelor\'s degree in biochemistry, I have a strong foundation in data analysis and problem-solving, which I apply to my role as a performance marketing manager at Pocket FM, India\'s leading audio storytelling platform. In less than two years, I have helped scale the app\'s revenue from ₹ 1 Lakh/week to ₹ 15 Lakhs+/ week, by managing and optimizing campaigns on various platforms, such as Google, Facebook, Snapchat, Sharechat, and Inmobi, and bringing in 200k+ installs daily. I have also worked on Pocket Novel, a subsidiary app, to grow its user base and engagement. I lead a team of 15 promo producers and performance marketers, and have handled around 2+ Cr/ month in marketing spends, with a focus on ROI and growth. I am proficient in using various tools, such as Appsflyer, Quicksight, Google Analytics, and G suite, for data analysis and reporting. I am passionate about performance marketing and always eager to learn new skills and techniques.
