I am a Computer Science graduate from The George Washington University with experience in software engineering, IT systems, and data-driven automation. I build scalable backend systems and operational tools that improve efficiency across technical and business environments. Professionally, I have worked in IT systems and automation, designing workflow logic, AI-assisted analysis tools, and reporting dashboards to identify bottlenecks and improve operational performance. I have hands-on experience with enterprise systems including Freshservice, Cisco Meraki, Kandji, Datto RMM, and Toast POS, supporting infrastructure deployments across multi-location environments. On the software engineering side, I have developed backend and full-stack applications using Python, Flask, Swift, SQL, and NoSQL databases, including machine learning-based prediction systems and secure iOS applications with authentication and scalable API design. I also have experience in data analysis through The Opportunity Network, where I translated operational data into actionable insights, and leadership experience as a GW NSBE Senator, representing and coordinating initiatives at the regional level. I am seeking full-time entry-level opportunities in software development, IT systems, automation, or data analysis, where I can apply my experience building scalable applications, improving system workflows, and working with data-driven solutions.
