I’m an executive operator and partnership leader focused on building scalable infrastructure at the intersection of animal health, pharmacy, and technology.I currently lead VetWay at DAW Systems, where I own partnerships and operations as we modernize veterinary prescribing. Much of my work sits at the intersection of veterinary practices, pharmacies, PIMS vendors, and technology partners, aligning incentives and workflows to move the industry away from fragmented, manual processes and toward vet-initiated ePrescribing and connected prescribing infrastructure that can scale.Throughout my career, I’ve worked in complex, regulated environments where progress depends on both execution and alignment. I’ve spent significant time in the room with large enterprise partners, navigating strategy, integration, and long-term collaboration, while also owning the operational details required to make those partnerships successful in practice.Previously, I helped lead a publicly traded animal health company, overseeing teams of 100+ and operations exceeding $125M in annual revenue. The work was hands-on and focused on streamlining operations, reducing friction, and building systems capable of supporting sustained growth at scale.I’m drawn to industries where outdated workflows persist despite having better tools available.
