As an experienced project manager in marketing with a track record of delivering complex projects on time, on budget, and successfully in the health sector, I enjoy creating order from compound problems and driving results while building the team.Aside from having more than five years of research and work experience in the health sector, I also have an entrepreneurial spirit which has driven me to dive in the start-up world. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work on projects in non-profits, healthcare, and technology which involved the concepts of lean start-up, design thinking, evidence-based decision making, and agile project management methodology. Working on these projects and with people from different departments and backgrounds has taught me to listen, moderate, and at the same time take the command of the team to deliver successful results.I am passionate about the potential of an idea transforming how we live our lives and what small teams can create when motivated properly despite limited resources.
