Driving digital transformation in a traditional industry by modernising Cedar Rose’s product strategy, architecture, and internal culture. I lead the end-to-end innovation of our credit risk product line, which became the company’s top global revenue driver, doubling production capacity within two years through automation and scalable delivery models.Applied best practices from experience gained whil working with tech leaders like Google, Amazon, Microsoft, and Netflix to reimagine workflows, accelerate releases, and future-proof systems. Following Cedar Rose’s acquisition by Coface, I’ve led product-level integration, aligning services and platforms for global scale.I also mentor teams, champion accessibility (PDF/UA, WCAG), and lead the responsible adoption of AI—ensuring compliance with global standards while unlocking innovation.
