Israel’s spent over 20 years in the U.S. Air Force leading military and civilian personnel across 3 continents. During his most recent assignment, as the Chief Operating Officer, he led operations for the largest Air Force unit in the United Kingdom with 650 U.S. and British military/civilian employees. His efforts directly led to his base earning the prestigious Presidential Award for the Top Department of Defense Installation in 2021. Israel’s experience includes overseeing operations for a wide-range of establishment to include gyms, hotels, golf courses, post offices, auto body shops, childcare centers and restaurants with a $22 million budget. He also has a background in security systems, HR staffing and sales. He graduated from the University of Phoenix with Master of Business Administration. Israel is an active golfer, and he lives in the Tampa Bay area with his wife Jeanette and their 2 school age children.
