Overview:In partnership with the Director of Learning & Organizational Development, this role will design, develop, implement, and evaluate in-person and digital training programs. The focus will be on addressing skill gaps and supporting business needs in onboarding, service culture, product knowledge, sales, leadership, and HR topics.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, sales, HR, etc.) to assess training needs and design effective learning programs.Partner with subject matter experts and external providers to create and deliver engaging training content using adult learning principles.Support talent development through coaching, feedback, and career development programs for individual contributors and management.Analyze training effectiveness and present insights to drive continuous improvement.Foster employee engagement and promote learning opportunities via internal platforms.Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives and ensure an inclusive learning environment.
