Currently leading the full offshore execution of a flagship HVDC export cable installation from a mobilisation-constrained barge. Providing real-time technical leadership to support Hengtong’s entry into the EPCI market, while adapting procedures, engineering plans, and vessel layout to improve performance and reduce risk. Hands-on team management, local fabrication oversight, and process optimisation have been key to turning a difficult start into a controlled and progressive execution. This is one of the most demanding roles I’ve taken — and one of the most rewarding.
