As a Project Manager my duteis include, but not limited to the following:1. Serve as Project Manager and Campus Liaison, monitor construction activities, scheduling and tracking budget expenditures.2. Assist other project managers as liaison to ensure project management does not interfere substantially with the students propgraming and academic instruction.3. Assist in reporting to and in liaison with the District Administration and Board of Trustees regarding progress of the overall bond program.4. Attend all meetings related to the project to provide outside input into the process and procedures used for completion of the project.5. Collaborate with Architects, and Facilities and Construction Department in the tabulation of proposals and evaluation of bids leading to the selection of the \"Best Value\" contractor for the project.6. Review and provide input on professional and construction contracts prior to award, change orders and applictions of payments during construction.
