In alignment with District 196’s mission to “create a welcoming and equitable learning environment where all students feel valued and supported,” contributed to discussions and initiatives aimed at addressing disparities in education, policy, and student experiences.Worked alongside district leaders, educators, and fellow student representatives to identify systemic barriers and propose actionable solutions. Engaged in conversations on curriculum inclusivity, equitable resource distribution, and culturally responsive teaching practices. Provided student-driven insight to ensure district policies reflect the diverse needs of the community. Helped advocate for initiatives that promote a more inclusive academic and social environment, ensuring every student has the opportunity to succeed.
