Responsible for leading research activities within the User Centered Design process alongside other stakeholders as well as researchers, designers and development teams- Responsible for application and delivery of UX Research methodologies across projects (qualitative and quantitative) including interviews, surveys, diary studies, usability testing, card sorting, contextual inquiry, ethnography, workings and A/B testing to mention some methods- Responsible for conducting Accessibility audits and applying Accessibility throughout UCD process including within research- Lead research for innovative physical and connected medical devices with different patient populations across key disease areas including Asthma, Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, Heart failure, Type 2 diabetes, Chronic kidney disease evaluating ergonomics, human factors, usability and patient behaviours towards key patient outcomes such as adherence- Lead research analysis (thematic analysis) turning insights into project delivery outcomes including project opportunity wheels, personas, experience maps, storyboards. This also includes compiling actionable recommendations for design/service teams- Experience with using design tools for research artefacts including Sketch, Figma, Miro, Dovetail, Usability Hub, Miro- Experience working with external agencies for project work as well as research recruitment- Led introduction to User Experience training across AstraZeneca globally providing employees an overview of UX and some of its research and design principles- Experience working across AstraZeneca preferred methodologies including Agile and Waterfall- Line manage and support early talent by providing developmental opportunities and training.
