Support Netflix\'s creative studios team on project management needs on numerous creative campaigns including Marketing AV, trailers, digital/social creative AV and Artwork, print and out-of-home. Covering around 100 titles per year with multiple deliverables per title- Coordinate and guide Netflix\'s internal teams, and vendors through the finishing process for specific marketing, product, and social assets- Create and oversee production schedules with heavy emphasis on prioritization and allocation of resources. Making sure to be adaptable to changes in priorities- Define workflows, notes and approval process for various deliverables with different stakeholders and outside vendors- Align all cross functional teams (internal, external) on scope of work, and roles and responsibilities- Provide a key point of contact for creative studio post production with both internal and external teams throughout the process from kick off to delivery- QC everything that goes to the client to ensure that it meets all creative and legal requirements- Flag bottlenecks; Note and create process efficiencies, using project management methodology and analytics- Resource AE\'s and Production Designers for AV and AW production and finishing needs- Facilitate and triage day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of issues- Update and maintain tracking documents and work management tools- Collaborate with the engineering team to make sure project management tools are as efficient as possible, and up to date.
