About Isobel Goepferd
I am currently a student in the Political Science Honors program at Boston College, with minors in Finance and Romance Languages (Hispanic Studies), and I’m on track to graduate in May 2026. My academic interests are wide-ranging, from international security, emerging threats and insurgency trends, to global finance and political economics. I’m especially interested in how these fields overlap and influence one another, and I’ve enjoyed exploring their intersections throughout my coursework and research.At Boston College, I’ve been intentional about connecting my three areas of study to better understand the complex systems that shape our world. I’m always looking for opportunities to deepen that understanding through hands-on experience. So far, that’s included working on political campaigns, engaging with student initiatives on campus, and most recently, working at Arena, where I contributed to crisis, strategic, and financial communications. Each of these roles has helped me grow as a communicator and critical thinker, and I’m excited to continue building on that foundation.Outside the classroom and office, you can find me at the gym, where I am a certified personal trainer with a passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals. In all aspects of my life, I bring the same focus, discipline, resilience, and long-term mindset to achieving results.Always looking to connect with others and grow in knowledge and experience.
