My two passions in my career are the successful delivery of projects and the development of our members to meet their full potential. I have managed to pursue both of these through my long and varied career at CGI (and formerly Logica). I have over 20 years experience of leading projects, programmes and portfolios across smart metering, telecoms, public sector and transport. I also have over 10 years of experience in leadership roles with responsibility for member operations. This has included recruitment, resourcing our projects & services, training and development of our members, performance and pay review and accountability for our member utilisation to drive business performance. I am an active coach and mentor at CGI. I am really passionate about supporting our members through our promotion process to see them get recognition for their achievements and growth at CGI.
