My Journey:I moved from England to Canada in 2010, and shortly after I completed my Bachelors Degree at the University of Guelph in Criminal Justice & Public Policy. I then went on to study HR Management at Seneca Polytechnic. With 8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, I\'ve evolved from an Administrator to a Strategic Business Partner. During my various roles I have had the opportunity to be involved in the creation and delivery of a variety of People and Culture functions and programs, but where my passion lies is in improving the employee experience, and supporting leadership in cultivating great careers for great people! CHRL Pursuit:Committed to elevating my proficiency in the field of HR, I\'m also on the path towards acquiring my CHRL designation. I have acquired my CHRP designation, and am working on my validation of experience requirement as a last step towards my CHRL.
