I am a change leader with a passion for empowering individuals to realize their creative potential. I do this through my work as a facilitator using the power of the creative process as a means for sharing of information, ideas and questions. While trained in the classic Creative Problem Solving process, I am always looking for new approaches in order to provide my clients with the best possible results. My contribution to the arena of personal and professional development comes from my ability to translate the nebulous concept of creativity into a tangible set of behaviors and practices. My background in finance, audit, and consulting provides an interesting resource that gives me insight into a number of critical business-oriented challenges. My personal interest passion is for empowering young individuals through creativity training for children, families, and educators. I believe that we are all change agents and the ability to do so with a Creative Operating System (cOS) allows us to adapt quickly, respond effectively, and drive positive change and growth in our personal and professional lives.
