ABOUT ISMAIL SATTAOUI

I am a Research Consultant at The Health Policy Partnership (HPP), a specialist health policy consultancy working with partners across the health ecosystem to drive policy and system change at national, European, and global levels. My work focuses on chronic and rare diseases, health systems strengthening, and health inequalities, translating clinical evidence and real-world insights into actionable policy recommendations for governments, healthcare professionals, and industry stakeholders.I bring a multidisciplinary background in human nutrition, epidemiology, and health and international development, alongside experience delivering complex research and policy projects, engaging senior stakeholders, and facilitating workshops and multi-stakeholder dialogues.Alongside my consultancy work, I have contributed to global health research with UNRWA, analysing large-scale patient data to assess the impact of COVID-19 on diabetes management in the West Bank. Earlier in my career, I developed strong commercial, partnership-building, and delivery skills in a high-performance private sector environment.I am particularly interested in collaborations at the intersection of health policy, equity, innovation, and system reform.
