Currently working in the Research & Development team designing and implementing embedded systems for advanced air pollution monitoring devices. My role involves end-to-end development of hardware and firmware solutions, including: • Writing and debugging firmware in C for microcontrollers used in real-time environmental data acquisition • Designing and testing custom PCB layouts and hardware interfaces for sensors, wireless modules, and control systems • Integrating sensors for pollutants like PM2.5, VOCs, and gases, ensuring accurate and reliable measurements • Solving cross-disciplinary physics and signal processing problems to improve sensor calibration and environmental compensation • Collaborating with senior engineers to optimize system efficiency, reduce power consumption, and enhance product reliability • Creating detailed technical documentation, test procedures, and debugging logs for internal and customer-facing useThis internship has given me hands-on experience in embedded systems, environmental engineering, and R&D workflows in a professional, mission-driven setting.
