About Ismaelle Vixsama
There are four things that separate me from the average employee; Result Driven, Knowledge Seeking, Attention to Detail and Flexible. All of these terms not only describe me as an individual but also describe me as an employee. As an Information Security professional, passion for this line of work are the building blocks of a long and fulfilling career. Being results driven is important because this is not an easy field to be successful in and the work that you do can be the difference between protecting critical assets and a critical breach. This is an ever-growing field and staying knowledgeable and current on the latest risks, threats and vulnerabilities in the industry is key to continued success. You also have to be attentive and consistent. Having a keen eye for identifying threats and risks are important and proactive measures. Lastly flexibility is important because adapting is critical in a face paced environment. Being able to think outside the box and shift gears will enable you to be very successful and stay on the pulse of solving complex issues. These are traits that I pride myself on having and are continuously improving upon. Couple these with the knowledge and added expertise in the field ensure that I am a cut above the rest.
