En tant que Business Analyst spécialisé sur la CMDB (Configuration Management Database) et les données dans ServiceNow, j’interviens sur des projets de structuration, de gouvernance et d’optimisation des données de référence au sein de l’outil. Missions principales : • Recueil et analyse des besoins métiers liés à la gestion des données de configuration (CMDB) • Définition des processus de gouvernance autour des entités clés (Business Capabilities, Business Units, Business Applications…) • Rédaction de la documentation fonctionnelle : règles de gestion, user stories, Knowledge Articles • Participation à la mise en place de groupes de gestion et de restrictions d’accès (droits CRU) • Contribution aux comités de validation (CCB) sur les évolutions du modèle CSDM • Coordination entre équipes métier, architectes et équipes techniques ServiceNow • Suivi des plans de test et des déploiements (environnement de développement, test, production) • Sensibilisation des parties prenantes à la bonne gestion des données dans ServiceNow Environnement :Projet mené en contexte international (AF-KLM), impliquant plusieurs directions IT et de nombreux acteurs (architectes, référents ServiceNow, config managers, développeurs…).Servicenow modules : CSM,ITSM,FSM,HRSD, Platform Analytics
