With a multidisciplinary background in Geomatics, Remote Sensing, Land Surveying, and Civil Engineering, Islem combines advanced technical expertise with practical experience to deliver innovative geospatial solutions. Proficient in Geospatial tools (ArcGIS Pro, QGIS, Google Earth Engine) and programming languages like Python, JavaScript, and SQL, he develops geospatial models, interactive dashboards, and automated workflows for data analysis and decision-making. Islem’s experience spans telecommunication network optimization, geospatial application development, and cloud infrastructure management. Skilled in Dockerized deployments, Azure server administration, and scalable web tools, he integrates cloud technologies with spatial analysis to create impactful solutions. He has also contributed to R&D initiatives, supported SR & ED claims, and led proposal development for large-scale international projects. Academically, Islem holds dual Master’s degrees in Applied Geomatics and Climate Change & Water Management, alongside an Engineering Degree in Land Surveying and Geomatics. This diverse educational foundation, combined with hands-on expertise, enables him to tackle challenges in areas like sustainable resource management, urban planning, and telecommunication networks.
