As an HR Technology & Analytics project lead I am responsible for overseeing the identification, coordination, integration, and implementation & adoption of initiatives that support the organizational transformation across the clients\' Global Talent Acquisition organization. Understanding business needs and translating those needs into process documents that will be used to develop business or technology process improvements; create new services; or support the introduction of new technologies. Stakeholder engagement, management of change and business knowledge are key elements I bring to any role. I have been contracting with a number of Global Pharmaceuticals Companies based in Europe or US, leading on projects within their global HR technologies and Talent Acquisition area. Key projects include:Paradox Scheduling Tool - Implementation of Workday Integration Avature (CRM)- Operational management including enhancement updates to ensure compliance and use of most recent toolsOperational management and eventual decomissioning of the BrassRing (ATS)Workday - support on report building for Talent Acquistion and initial input on TA buildLeading the enhancement program for the existing Talent Acquisition Technologies ( ATS, Candidate Relationship Management (CRM), Digital Interviewing).Development and Implementation of a Global HR reporting tool, workstream lead for Comp & Ben, Employee Relations and Personal InformationProvide Global HR Reporting and Analytics dashboardsProvide insight/trend analysis to drive continuous business improvement by conducting deep-dive analysis, producing actionable information, and presenting recommendations to senior HR leaders. I am trained on the Client in-house project methodologies.In addition, during this period, I have partnered with Executive / Specialist Search firms to provide “white glove” talent sourcing for niche EMEA positions.
