FOR ORGANISATIONS:I design & deliver bespoke & impactful professional & leadership development programmes to support 21st century leaders lead from the \'inside out\'. I work with a range of private & public sector organisations & more recently, this has been focused on higher education and sport. I have designed & delivered an ILM Level 5 Award in Leadership & Management for a Scottish University for the past 6 years, with 100% of participants stating they would recommend the programme to others - a statistic which has remained consistent across all five cohorts. I am an International Coach Federation (ICF) professional coach, holding an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential. My recent coaching assignments have included those at executive, senior & mid level in a range of organisations, including national & local government, higher education, IT, financial services, hospitality & manufacturing. I have worked with clients to support business development, self-regulation, greater work/life balance but primarily in relation to leadership development.
