As a Global Supplier Development Manager within ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems Division, my role is to: 1. Partner with Sourcing, category management,Purchasing, Engineering, Product Management, and Operations’ stakeholders to create and roll out supplier development strategy and action plans for selected critical and strategic suppliers focused on supplier process capabilities and risk ranking. Responsible for the development, execution and tracking of the suppliers\' scorecards program 3. Responsible for the development of an end-to-end supplier development program that encompasses supplier selection, evaluation, and qualification for direct material suppliers.4. Manage monthly functional teams at senior levels (e.g, Leaders for functional and business units) to review Supplier development business requirements and evaluate progress of suppliers related activities 5. Continuously Develop and improve our Sourcing tools & Methodologies. Responsible of rolling out various training/workshop modules for the Sourcing functions – e.g Supplier risk management and quality tools (e.g. RCA, CAPA, 8D, FMEA, MSA & DMAIC methodology)7. Manage supplier Quality and Sustainability audit programs and improvement plans8. Lead sourcing teams in supplier selection processes including RFI (Request For Information), RFQ (Request for Quotation) analysis, Sourcing board meetings and new products introduction 9. Leading the implementation of supply Quality development strategy across the division10. Responsible for defining suppliers qualification requirements based on part criticality and complexity following Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) methodology11. Prepare and report out on supplier development/improvement metrics to the steering committee and stakeholders to demonstrate impact of engagement process. Effectively communicates to internal and external groups, facilitating appropriate escalation.
