I am a physician, radiologist, and drug developer driven by a single purpose: bringing meaningful innovation to patients with brain tumors and other hard-to-treat cancers. My work sits at the intersection of science, strategy, and empathy, where the rigor of clinical development meets the responsibility of delivering hope.As Global Head of Development in Neuro-Oncology at Servier, I have had the privilege to lead the lifecycle strategy for vorasidenib, the first targeted therapy approved for IDH-mutant gliomas, shaping pivotal studies like INDIGO, advancing novel combinations that aim to rewrite the treatment landscape, and guiding successful NDA and MAA regulatory interactions with FDA, EMA/CHMP, PMDA, and other global agencies. Beyond neuro-oncology, I contribute to broader oncology R&D, including strategies around the RAF/RAS pathway, precision combinations, and rare tumor development models.My approach to leadership is rooted in skeptical empiricism: questioning assumptions, embracing complexity, and insisting that data guide decisions. At the same time, I believe in what Alfred Adler called Gemeinschaftsgefühl, a sense of community. Drug development is not just about molecules or endpoints; it is about people, patients, families, colleagues, and mentors, whose stories remind us why the science matters.
