Home Start Westminster is one of 269 local, independent Home-Starts across the UK, together supporting families and children.As a Trustee, I am involved in strategic decision-making on a range of areas including our goal-setting, development, fundraising and HR. I have played a leading role in the development of our 20••••23 strategy, working with trustees and staff to improve our vision of what success looks like and set us up to monitor our progress and respond to families\' changing needs. I am chair of the newly-established innovation committee, with the aim of enabling a culture of innovation, adaptation and learning across our work. I lead on board processes to ensure continuous improvement in the board\'s effectiveness.
