I am a Class of 2026 DVM Candidate at NC State University College of Veterinary Medicine. I have years of clinical experience of working in the veterinary field as a veterinary assistant and kennel assistant. My areas of interest are small animals, exotics, and wildlife conservation. DEI work is something that I value and am constantly immersing myself in. Fostering inclusive environments in the veterinary field and increasing the diversity is a goal that I strive to achieve. I value working in a diverse, cohesive, and enjoyable environment. My goal is to help bridge the gap between veterinary medicine and underserved minority communities.
