To look after small children, guide classes and ensure emotional and physical wellbeing throughout their classes in musical theatre, comedy and drama and film and TV. Most recently assisted with a London West End Performance. This post requires highly developed communication skills, and specialist skills for listening to young people and children, alongside a great deal of creativity in order to keep the children engaged with the classes. Good knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection is also key. A sense of patience and good humour are added essentials when working with 70 children for hours at a time!
