Reward manager collaborating with senior leaders to align reward, people, and change strategies with business objectives during a major organisational transformation. As well as supporting Reward during significant business change, also hold responsibility for all BAU Reward activity such as leading the annual pay and bonus cycle, writing RemCo and ExCo papers, regulatory compliance, and line management of junior team members.• Lead on annual bonus and pay review cycles for 1,500+ colleagues, ensuring the project was delivered on time and to budget. This included pay and bonus modelling and cost control, systems operationalisation, communication, and strategy setting. • End-to-end project management of bespoke retention payments for over colleagues. Responsible for design, communication, implementation, and on-going running, ensuring essential workforce stability and operational resilience. • Key role in the provision of critical offboarding support for colleagues going through redundancy or TUPE processes at both a strategic level and practical level.• Responsible for writing Remuneration Committee and Executive Committee papers to the highest standard on a wide variety of topics such as state of the nation, salary review proposals, bonus strategy, retention strategy and cost control, and corporate scorecard performance updates. • Maintain key reward controls and governance e.g. salary band oversight and out of cycle spending of pay. • Responsible for overseeing new roles, including providing counsel on job descriptions, using Hay evaluation methodology to evaluate the role and provide benchmarking. Also fully trained in Willis Towers Watson job evaluation.• Key role in the launch of a new LTIP, from ideation to implementation including working with share plan provider, Equiniti, and creating user booklets and communication. • Provide expert reward guidance to cross functional teams including Change, Talent, Finance, and Company Secretariat.
