Assist the Project Manager during lifecycle of the interior renovation of commercial spaces to keep project on budget and within schedule.* Assist with managing procurement to ensure that materials are delivered with accuracy and in a timely manner to the site* Collaborate with the Superintendent and Site Operations team to provide timely support and information* Update project schedule, ensure project quality control, and establish overall project logistics * Establish job processes (RFI’s, submittals, and pay applications) and negotiate subcontract change orders * Develop preconstruction RFP packages and assist with managing subcontractor communication and relationships for the bidding process.* Assist in creating and managing budgets for all assigned projects.
