Organizational Change Management and Training Lead Consultant for Mdot Hexagon Ecosys Deployment @Maryland Department of Transportation

Recruited to lead organizational change management and training for MDOT’s deployment of cloud-based Capital Management and Programming System (CMAPS) that provides daily management of MDOT’s $100B+ capital program impacting technological, strategic, process, and organization changes for 7 different business units across the MDOT authority. • Develop, execute, and manage the scope of the change management and training strategy, plan and associated change management artifacts and training needs, including identifying and managing stakeholder engagement. • Develop and execute Training Plan, curriculum development, and instructional design. • Direct training activities for team of 6 project training developers/trainers and 50+ client resources; responsible for preparing both project and client staff for training deployment. • Employ Train-the-Trainer and coaching models to deploy training across large audiences. • Responsible for executing training for diverse group of users including the director to individual contributor level, administrative, and Shared Services/Help Desk staff.
