DEI specialist responsible for managing the offering team for creating POVs, training materials and proposals to sell new DEI projects to clients. Specialized in human-centered Change Management for multiple transformations (such as ERP implementation, cultural behavior, digital transformation). I delivered high complex projects for clients in several industries such as as Consumer Products, Resources, Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, Education and Finance. Additional skills and functional experience: data driven OCM analytics tool, change adoption, cloud and platform (ERP) implementation, agile project management, digital transformation, training delivery, design thinking, storytelling, 30 day challenge, gamification, video and eLearning content development (instructional designer). I had the opportunity to work on several global projects with people from different parts of the globe and in some of them I was leading those multicultural teams.
