About Işıl Ish Tanyeri
Ish\" is the founder and CEO of Dromos Agency, the only sports agency exclusively representing Paralympians and working within the para sports space. With over a decade of marketing experience, Ish discovered her passion for para sports and athlete storytelling while leading marketing efforts at a medical device company, traveling to sporting events, and connecting with athletes and their families. Inspired by her experience at the 2016 Rio Paralympics, she pursued a master’s degree in Integrated Marketing in New York City, where she developed the business plan for Dromos Agency. After freelancing with a wheelchair basketball Hall of Famer and receiving encouragement from Paralympians, Ish officially launched Dromos in 2020, combining her marketing expertise with her dedication to disability inclusion. Today, she represents a growing roster of athletes and nonprofits, helping connect iconic brands to the Paralympic Movement. Dromos meaning?Derived from the Greek word meaning \"journey\" and \"road,\" Dromos signifies the unique path each of the Dromos athletes embarks on.
