Qualification and process support for customers across the U.S. Collaborate with key customers and strategic partners on development of novel metal CMP processes and advanced packaging (hybrid bonding, fusion bonding, BSPD) Plan, execute and evaluate lab process test including consumable evaluation, CIP and capability improvements for in-situ endpoint detection systems. Support maintenance of CMP tools and metrology equipment. Work with vendors to improve tool uptime and generate process recipes for new materials.
