Responsible for the recruiting process of consultants.• A support function that involves close collaboration with consultant managers. • My responsibilities extends over parts of the recruitment process such as addressing customer requirements, advertising, review of resumes, headhunting, interviews and feedback to candidates. • Furthermore, I was also responsible for career fairs and CV & Interview training.• This role allowed me to create processes and structures from scratch in how the recruitment process should be carried out.
