In my role as a Float Teller I serve as a trusted first point of contact for customers across multiple branch locations. This dynamic, multi-location position allows me to provide exceptional service while accurately and efficiently processing a wide range of financial transactions for both retail and commercial clients.I assist customers with everything from basic account inquiries to selecting financial products and services tailored to their personal and business needs. By maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the Bank\'s product and service offerings, I’m able to identify opportunities for referrals and proactively support sales and service goals at each location I serve.Key Responsibilities:Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and check cashing for retail and commercial accountsProvide customers with account information, transaction assistance, and product recommendations based on their financial goalsBuild and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring a welcoming and helpful banking experienceSupport multiple banking centers by quickly adapting to new environments, processes, and customer needsActively participate in sales initiatives, promotional campaigns, and branch service goalsEnsure strict adherence to banking policies, procedures, and compliance regulations while maintaining accuracy and securityManage daily cash drawer operations, including balancing, vault transactions, and ATM replenishment as requiredAssist in branch operations such as opening/closing procedures, mail processing, and safety deposit box accessThis role provides valuable opportunities to strengthen my skills in customer service, financial transactions, cash handling, and problem-solving while embracing the unique challenges of working in different branch environments.
