   I am an IPA/RPA UiPath Lead currently working with Morgan Stanley having 14 years of overall experience and 7 Years of experience in RPA (UiPath). I have worked in Telecom, Finance, Manufacturing, Health Care & Real Estate Domain.Current Roles & Responsibilities:* Setting up IPA team for a department.* Building up the process pipeline.* Evaluating tools to be used, so that each process is automated using appropriate tool.* Leading the IPA team End to End.* Clear the blockers for the team and make sure they have work in pipeline.* Identify the reusable components and design solution as Library or Micro-bots.* Responsible for PDD, TDD, Demo, UAT Testing, Deployment Checklist, Process Playbook, etc.* Prepare & Review the PDD, TDD, Deployment Checklist, Process Playbook, etc.* Work along with Business Users for the Training.* Mandate to use APIs for automation if not available then move to UI.* Support the production issues.
