About Ishwar Chand
I am a Water Resources Engineer with a passion for using Hydrological/Mathematical Model to explore and analyses complex Water Sector issues. I have extensive experience in the water sector and water resources management. I am knowledgeable in hydrology, hydraulic and my strong technical and analytical skills are demonstrated through my work on Watershed studies Flood Frequency analysis.Software, I\'m working with QGIS, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, QSWAT, SQLite, Salesforce. It is complemented by my ability to leverage Python for advanced modeling, data analysis and visualization. I have also exposure about the hydraulic design of different components of Hydro-Electric Projects.I am always looking for new opportunities to apply my knowledge and experience to solve something new.
