Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with key stakeholders, such as department heads, managers, and subject matter experts, to understand training needs, gather input, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Training Budget Management: Working with L & LD leads in developing and managing the training budget, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and optimizing resources to deliver effective training within budgetary constraints. Training Technology and Tools: Staying updated with training technologies and tools to enhance the delivery and effectiveness of training. Training Coordination: Coordinating logistics for training programs, including scheduling, venue arrangements, participant registrations, and ensuring necessary resources and materials are available. Training Evaluation: Assessing the effectiveness of training programs through various evaluation methods, such as post-training assessments, surveys, and feedback sessions. Analysing training data to measure the impact of training on employee performance and organizational goals.
