Import - Starting from PO till delivery of goods in our depot and submission of final report to management, also have to take care of documents correctness at each and every steps while being shared by either India firm or Chinese firm, clearance (checking BOE, AWB and other docs) and forwarding activities starting from China port till India Port in close coordination with concerned persons of the firm, CHAs, forwarders and suppliers in China. To make it smooth and error free process along with on time delivery in India for further sales is the top priority for me. Most of the products are being imported from China• Export – In the same fashion as of import, starting from PO from customer till delivery of goods in customer warehouse taking POD from customer and submission of same in our firm is complete process and have to take care of arrangement of stickers, labels, complete involvement in manufacturing of goods for exports, billing in our ERP system, preparation of manual documents for custom process, arrangement of pickup of goods from our warehouse, approval of checklists of shipping bill are the key responsibilities as of now. Countries for which need to take care of exports are United States of America, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Canada, Nepal and Bhutan.• Factory Operations – Need to work in close coordination with factory for manufacturing/repacking of exports goods. Approval authority starting from packaging, labelling, stickering and finally packing in cartons.
