About Ishu Vatash
I am a social and political activist with extensive experience in student politics in Bihar. Over the years, I have gained valuable insights by living among the public through my political and social engagements.From 2016 to 2019, I served as an elected Student Representative in the G.D. College Student Union, advocating for student rights and welfare. During the 2019 Lok Sabha elections and the 2020 Bihar Assembly elections, I worked as an Election Campaigner, contributing to the strategic planning and execution of successful campaigns.From 2020 to 2023, I worked as a Personal Secretary to the Honorable MLA of Bakhri Assembly Constituency, where I honed my skills in legislative duties, policy research, and community outreach. Currently, I am a Gandhi Fellow in the prestigious Gandhi Fellowship program of the Piramal Foundation. This program is designed to develop young leaders committed to driving social change in India. As a Gandhi Fellow, I am involved in various projects focused on educational improvement and social development. This role has provided me with the opportunity to work on large-scale projects and develop my leadership skills further. I have been involved in designing and implementing educational programs, conducting field research, and working with local communities to identify and address their needs.
